Starting at $140 per exam for our Drop-off service, we provide everything at a cost that is usually lower than having the exams scored by hand, and saves you cost and maintenance of running your own scanner.
FAST TURN-AROUND
Drop-off service results are guaranteed within 24 hours of them being on hand at our offices (8 hours on Rush Orders).
ACCURATE
OMR scanners are extremely accurate in reading and recording responses, particularly as compared to hand-scoring.
FREE DOCUMENT IMAGING
We provide a free, high-quality image scan of your exams in PDF format (double-sided), allowing you to archive or shred the originals.
FREE ITEM ANALYSIS
We provide free statistical analysis on both the performance of the exam and each exam item and are available to review these with you.
OPTIONAL "ON-SITE" SERVICE (VANCOUVER AREA)
If you prefer that we come to you, we can scan and score the exams right on your premises and provide the results on the spot.

“Drop off (Couriered)” Service: $120 Base Price + $20 in incr. of 100 sheetsCouriered or dropped of at our offices and scanned here on site.

“On-Site” Service - Vancouver area*: $220 Base Price + $20 in incr. of 100 sheets* “Vancouver Area” meaning Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond (North). Other locations may require a small surcharge - contact us for details.

Blank 4521 answer sheets (min 100): $0.30 / sheet + shippingWe stock Scantron 4521 “General Purpose Blue” forms. However for large orders it may be best to order them from Scantron through the link above. Shipping is usually around $15.00 within BC.

Drop Off (Couriered) 8-Hour “Rush” Service: $50 / exam packageResults are guaranteed (by email) within 8 hours of our receipt of the answer sheets if delivered to our offices by 12:00 noon. (Please indicate “Rush” on your order.)

Error correction and other stats $120 / hourThis is usually not required if the forms are received in good order and no major editing of the exam data is needed. For details on how to avoid any additional costs, please review “Preparing your Exams” in the brochure above.
